Yes. At Lumenec we take your security very seriously. We don’t record any of your credit card details (in fact we can’t even see them – nor can anyone else). We use high quality SSL encryption from GeoTrust and eWay is our payment processing gateway that processes your transaction between your credit card company and our bank. We have an online merchant facility with St George Bank.

Your name and address is used to ship your purchase to you. We do not store your address unless you grant us permission to do so. Some regular customers create an account with us to make repeat purchasing easier. In this case name and address details are stored in our database which is only accessible to Lumenec staff.

We will use your email address to send you a receipt and to keep you updated with news from Lumenec if you allow us to. You can ask us to remove you from our new mailing list at any time and your email address will be removed from our system.

We never share any of your information with any other company, so recording your email with us will not cause you to receive unsolicited marketing from other companies or people.
